"My Item came Broken, Not Working.. etc"
If something's gone wrong and would like to return or exchange the product, we are more than happy to help. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
Basically, if your item:
- Has a Manufacturer's defect
- Arrived damaged or broken while in transit
- Is not the item you ordered/Does not match the item description, or
- Never arrived,
Then we guarantee to refund or exchange the product for you, whichever is your preference.
In order to apply for a refund/exchange;
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- We require photographic evidence and as much information as possible
- Invoice of the purchase, including day the item was received
Change of Mind Refund/Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot honor returns or refunds solely due to change of mind.
However, we understand things may happen that are sometimes out of your hands and therefore we are happy to assess disputes on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days upon receiving your item.
Shipping Refunds/returns/exchange (if applicable)

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once a refund has been approved please allow at least 3 business days for the transfer to process. If you have not received a refund after this period, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
