We are a meticulous bunch, so each time your order has been shipped you will receive an email updating you on this. If you have placed a large order you may receive multiple e-mails if items are being shipped from separate warehouses. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
In order to maximize cost efficiency so we can provide you the items at the lowest price possible, we store our items across several different warehouses. As a result items may be received separately.
In order to mitigate this, we hope our complementary free shipping service to our selected countries (US, CA, AUS & NZ) over $30USD spent.
If your item has a manufacturer's defect, broken, does not match the description, or never arrived, we are happy to refund or exchange the product for you.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days upon receiving your item. We require proof of faultiness e.g. photos and invoice of the purchase (including day the item was received and signed).
All of our products are made in the Hangzhou region and Seoul. We work with experienced manufacturers who have over a decade of experience specializing in the designs and creation of our products.
Once an item has been dispatched/shipped it is not possible to cancel. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing the order.
